- Baby care: holding baby while you have a moment. A moment to shower, to eat, to rest, to walk around and get fresh air or indulge in a cup of tea or coffee.

- A listening ear: motherhood and parenthood can be a huge transition time for families. I am here to provide a non-judgmental ear and an open heart.

- Light housework: washing and sterilizing bottles, laundry, and light tidy.

- Lactation and feeding suggestions: *Disclaimer: I am not a lactation counselor or consultant. However, I have supported families in their feeding journey. My personal views are fed is best. So I am happy to explore options with you as you navigate what works best for you and your baby.
